2011 Baking Contest:
Each year the Association of Connecticut Fairs sponsors baking contests at each of our member fairs. These contests are broken down into Adult and Junior divisions. The winners of each division at each fair is eligible and automatically entered in to the state contest held each year on the same day of the Association of Connecticut Fairs Fall Meeting and Banquet. Contest winners are announced at the banquet held that evening.
Specific information about the date, time and location of the Fall Meeting can be obtained from the fair whose contest you won or by checking back here at www.ctfairs.org. It is the responsibility of the fair to arrange for banquet reservations if you plan on attending.

2011 Adult Baking Contest Demonstration
 
2011 Quilt Contest:
Each year the Association of Connecticut Fairs sponsors a Quilt Contest at each of our member fairs. The winner at each fair is eligible and automatically entered in to the state contest held each year on the same day of the Association of Connecticut Fairs Spring Meeting. The judging of the state contest takes place in the morning on the day of the spring meeting with the winners being announced during the luncheon.
Specific information about the date, time and location of the spring meeting can be obtained from the fair whose contest you won or by checking back here at www.ctfairs.org. It is the responsibility of the fair to arrange for luncheon reservations if you plan on attending.

2012 Photo Contest:
Each year the Association of Connecticut Fairs sponsors a photo contest that is broken in to several categories. All entries to the contest must be made via mail and are due at the end of the fair season. The contest is open to all amateur photographers regardless of when entrant resides. There are no separate divisions or age groups.
Finalists that are selected by the contest committee will be judged by the registered conference attendees at the Association of Connecticut Fair fall meeting. From the finalists, a winner and runner up will be decided.

2011 Fair Book Contest:
Member fairs are asked to send in a copy of their 2010 fair book to all members of the contest committee. The deadline for ending books is October 1, 2010.
